Harold Lloyd's amusing two-reeler Number, Please?, from 1920, in
which Harold's character attempts to get permission to take Mildred
Davis's character in a hot air balloon ride. It comes in three parts:

As a bonus it shows a lot of the things people did for fun in
Venice Beach, California, around 1920. For being in black and white
it sure looks like people were having a great time back then. The
frustration of searching for a phone -- and, more, a usable phone --
is simply delightful.
