It's hard to believe, but November 24th marks the one year anniversary
of SilentComedians.com.

This past year has been an exciting time. From the uncertainty and
doubts as to whether anyone will be interested, till now, one year
later... a community has developed. I'm proud to say fans, archivists,
authors, preservationists as well as the "Silent Comedy Mafia" have all
found a home.
I hope in the future SilentComedians.com can be a force in giving more
exposure to silent comedy. We are still very young but with a growing
member base we are better off than we were. Hopefully, we can continue
to grow and have influence to spread the word to the uninitiated, that a
great art form is just waiting to be discovered.
I'd like to personally thank all of you for giving this site life.
Without you, we wouldn't have survived. I am constantly amazed at the
wealth of knowledge thrown around the forums. I've always wanted
SilentComedians.com to be a resource of knowledge. I'm learning new
things everyday, and from what others say, they are learning too.
If nothing else, this has made the site a success.
