A group of surgeons are standing around a patient, seemingly ready to
operate. But instead of scalpels, they are holding knives and forks. The
chief surgeon asks the nurse for various things such as ketchup, salt and
gravy, which he pours into the patient. A waiter brings the group some
wine. Etc.
