I am from a very large town in the middle of nowhere in KY...  And had the

same problem.  A friend got me one.

Maybe you can contact a local bookstore or a large indepenedent one.  They

may be able to help...  The Tattered Cover in Denver is a large 
independent...  You could contact the publisher, Miramax Books / Hyperion.

(It's odd there's much information about it on a Google Web search.  There

are some articles in Google News though.)
