When some guy on usenet goes out of his way to make an admittedly lame
joke, the point of which is to say that a powerful woman is ugly, I
reserve the right to object.

Most women dislike being ridiculed as ugly.  It is negative
reinforcement.  I don't want to discourage girls and women from become
successful and prominent.

By the way, if you look at Madeline Albright's memoir you'll see a
picture of her as an attractive young lady.   She is 71 years old
now.

I don't do long arguments here any more.  I've made my point.  Unless
you have something shocking to say you can have the last word.
