Dagnabbit, what is it with you young whippersnappers? I'm a geezer and I
strongly object to the "and" in numbers. My elementary school teacher in
about 1949[1] insisted that the "and" between numbers meant addition and
that we didn't need put the word in unless we were making out a test
question and that was *her* job. We should just give the answer.
