The Cornell ornithology page doesn't show a brewsters', but Google has
a few hits -- it might be just alternate spellings, either because of
confusion about who it was named for or because it didn't matter what
the gender of person in charge of the beer was.  Say that 5 times fast
while humming "John Barleycorn".
