I have Vista Home Premium and the Wireless Optical Mouse, and don't know if
this is a Vista or mouse issue. While viewing web pages (with either IE
or
Firefox) and I scroll to the top and keep scrolling, the screen goes down
1-2 "clicks". Any idea what's going on with this?
