It's not that they don't know about over-the-air, but most think it's
too difficult to pursue.  They are uneasy about spending money for an
antenna when there's no guarantee as to the quality of reception.
Cable and satellite providers are one-stop shopping:  You call; they
install.  Finding the right antenna and installer isn't that easy.
With only 15 percent receiving OTA signals (and even fewer with a
rooftop antenna), installers are few and far between.
