Okay.  I'm going to try to stop obsessing about this recipe.  But one
last thing -- some of the English-language recipes that use that same
format of pecans, 1/4 whole milk, and condensed milk, actually tell you
to blend the 1/4 cup milk WITH the pecans, thus making pecan-milk.  That
would make it darker and more pecany, and it would certainly make more
sense than the recipes that just tell you to blend the whole milk by
itself for two minutes.
