For Veronique's location, I'd go north and ask the Napa Dinner Train
people, or east .. there's a museum just through the pass on the way
Sac-town.
Further south, there's a train in Santa Paula that does regular runs
in the movie hills, but should have some conscriptable times.
For a ball park on a private car on an regular Amtrak train, figure it
*starts* at the equivalent of 20 individual fares.
