Spoke too soon. I've registered with Motzarella, and I'm using 
Thunderbird, and without making any other changes, I get the request for 
username and password, and see all the newsgroups after that. So... I 
dunno. Have you tried it with OE (or other newsreader) to see if it 
works that way?
