Just for S&Gs, I tried driving my stick****ft car with one foot.
Possible, but jerky.  Busy on the foot, too.  Also, ****fting up
clutchless is relatively easy; if there's noise or jerkiness, you
did it wrong (and gear dust is probably more expensive than gold
dust, gram for gram).  ****fting down takes more finesse; I never got
good at it, and was afraid to fail more than a few times.
