I'm a little baffled, because I'm didn't think of myself as especially
limber, but in the summer it wasn't uncommon to find me or my
girlfriends driving like that. Or to ride as a passenger and have one
leg out the passenger's side window. I seem to remember that if you
were riding in a pickup truck or a convertible in the summer, it was
virtually mandatory to have one leg or the other, if not both,
sticking out the window.

Now, if you were driving and had one foot out of the passenger side
window . . . well, I didn't know any of those sorts of girls.
