Forwarded to mi esposa, currently in Tallahassee.
I have no doubt that there are trains that are available for such
things, but I have little idea how to engage one, nor what it might
cost.
For example, I'm sure that the Big Trees trains could be reserved.
And the UP vintage train set has been used for private events.
If the whole train is not needed, there are privately-owned coaches
that are available for rental. Some come with staff, often the
owners.
