I think there are enough examples in this thread to prove THIS 
proposition unequivocally. Just to cite a couple of small examples:

I'm of the opinion that taking my wife to Paris again for our 35th 
wedding anniversary would enhance my life, and I will require a 
[specific government-issued] photo ID for that.

My daughter turns 21 this summer, and plans on using her drivers 
license in a whole new way.
