I can see some over-imaginative kids digging up a skull, but I can't see
any way to make it a practical dope-smoking device. For smoking, you
need two or three openings in the device -- the burning end, the mouth
end, and in some designs, a third hole that you can close with a finger
to draw the smoke from the burning end. Skulls have way too many
openings. And some of them are way too big. Better would be to clean it
up, put it on a shelf and plant a candle on top.
