Not just, but absolutely illegal as well. And frankly, something that
every other owner I've talked with has expressly said they don't want
here.

It tends to be pretty obvious, when walking the dog. And I don't want
my wife, or anybody else here, be afraid of going out to walk the dog.
Would you like to live in a place like that?

That's why it has to be stopped before it gets from bad to worse.

It tends to be that no-one does anything about these things, because
they think someone else will take care of it. And when you've got a
mentality that "someone else will take care of it", only bad things
happen.

And actually, I am an authority. Being an owner gives me authority over
people who are not owners, just like you have the same power over your
own property. That the property is shared, doesn't change it.

Would you like to give up your driveway for anybody who wants to
do drugs, or whatever?
