I don't think it's a cartoon with a political point (pun intended,
keep reading) but it's just a vignette of some of the regular
characters: There's Opus, there's a green Martian-looking lantern-
swinging creature planting a smooch on Opus's evolving schnoz, and
there's that WaCkY cat who shows up in some of Bloom County's scenes.
The blue thingy going "Thunk" into his ass is a hypodermic needle.
