Although I think it's clear the Dems are grooming her for bigger and

things, I don't think she'll be the VP candidate.

In the unlikely event that Clinton gets the nomination, I put the
likelihood 
of Sebelius as Veep candidate at 0%.

If Obama is the candidate, what does Sebelius bring to the table?  Yes, 
she's a woman, but that will only bring in those voters who voted for 
Clinton because she's a woman and would not otherwise vote for Obama --  
surely a pretty small percentage of the voting public.

More im****tantly, she doesn't shore up any of Obama's weak points. 
Foreign 
affairs experience is an issue in this election, and she doesn't really
have 
any chops there.

She doesn't have a lot of experience in general, and that's another issue
in 
this election.

She hails from the Midwest, as does Obama, so she doesn't bring in any 
geographical diversity.

I'm leaning towards Richardson as the VP candidate.  He has the overall 
experience, foreign affairs experience, and comes from a different part of

the country.  I don't think his being Hispanic will be a factor, since I 
think that anyone who would not vote for Obama because he's black wouldn't

reconsider if he has a WASP running mate, but the powers that be may not 
agree with me.
