A friend of mine works on the web site for a dyslexics society in a
largish city.  Apparently dyslexia is affected by the colour contrast
between text and field.  They sell plastic overlays to place on the
monitor to make reading easier, and I think that they had a plug-in
for IE that would overlay various colours onto web pages on demand.
