Outlets and built-in lights [1] are usually required to be on
different circuits. Bathroom outlets have been required to GFI or
GFCI equipped for a while, and rental properties (such as where I
live) have often been retrofitted. If you live in a slum, that might
not have happened yet, but from previous posts I think you're in a
better place than that.
So, plug a table lamp into the working outlets, and flip c/b switches
until the lamp goes off. Put a label by that switch. Skip over the
220V switches for the dryer and the stove and the 100T air
conditioner, and then note what switches haven't been accounted for.
Flip those mindlessly until you're ready to call the electrician.
