You know, that's a good question.  I don't know.  Once I got her
registered (when she was still living in my house) I just kept her
official address as my residence (for ALL stuff, since I'm responsible
for her).  I'll see if I can get the staff to tell me.  I'll add it to
the list of questions that also includes "how come you bozos can't ever
seem to find a local dentist to come do basic exams?  You said you were
going to do that two years ago."
