Not quite in "one take" - as many people would understand it...
Note the girl in the red dress at the beginning, the girl at the bus stop,

the policewoman, and the flower seller.  They're all the same girl (the 
group's lead singer).  Either she was able to make a complete costume
change 
and sprint down the street to arrive at her spot ahead of the hopping boy,

in about 30 seconds or so, without even breathing hard... or the cameras 
stopped for awhile sometime there.

Somewhere in the comments someone who sounds like they were involved in
the 
production states that:
- the video was shot in 6 distinct scenes that were spliced together to
make 
the complete video
- some of the scenes were shot over several times, when the performers or 
director felt that something could be improved if they did it over
- the entire thing was shot on location in a London neighborhood, and the 
filming was completed in a single day's shoot.
