Perhaps you are too young to remember when riders on a carousel
could reach out and grab a ring from a dispenser located next
to the ride. If the ring you grabbed was brass, you got a free
ride. Looks like this kid grabbed a ring that wouldn't come
out of the dispenser. Old gag. I saw it earlier than the Mad
Magazine version.
