I'm happy too.  I had a great weekend in Auburn at Karfluki Fest* and
for the past two days I haven't craved sugar so I've cut way back on
it.  I need to lose a few pounds and I think it actually might work
this time.  Went for a nice long walk at lunchtime and feel virtuous.
And happy. :)
