I didn't endorse its fairness.  I merely filled in the context that every
well-informed citizen should already know, or at least be willing to be
informed of with aplomb, but which Bob apparently didn't and wasn't.
It seems that this means I drank the kool-aid.  That would be the 7th
grade
civics class kool-aid, I guess.
