Easy enough, but not quite a breeze, especially if he only has ten
days.  Last month I had to get my birth certificate from the state of
Alaska.  They took three business days, then it took another three
days in the mail, for a grand total of eight days.  If there's another
weekend involved, he'd have to run to get his vote counted.  Other
states may vary, of course.

In other news, it's taking about twelve days to get a pass****t.  Much
better than the months and months it was taking last year.
