If he takes his car to someone else to change the oil, then where
the oil goes isn't his responsibility. But if he changes his own
oil, we discussed how he doesn't dump it into the trout steam as
people used to do, where does it he put it? The answer is most
certainly at one of those places that collects used motor oil. So
all I'm saying is that some place could accept used cooking oil. It
could even be the place that collects used motor oil, but it might
be better to have it be a place you were already going to and that
had used cooking oil to get rid of anyway.
