Heh. It's easy to see how they make money with those extended 
warranties. I bought one and forgot all about it. I suspect a lot of 
people do. Presumably all the misdirection I got was unintentional, 
but it's easy to see how that could work to their advantage as well.

That leaves them making money hand over fist and in a good position 
to completely satisfy the occasional customer who makes it through 
all the levels of their game and wins the prize.
