I do.  Because of how he said it.  There's a number of non-fiction
readers out there who have a huge snobbery about fiction.  I'd run
into them pretty regularly at the bookstore, they are usually very
eager to tell you that they don't read fiction, and why, and how
pathetic fiction readers are.  I've also met the occasional fiction
reader who says "I only read fiction" in a way that implies
non-fiction is only for socially inept loser egg-heads.

Fortunately, both types are much in the minority.
