I think the limiting factor is going to be how much weight the stuff can 
sup****t, so a 110-story chute wouldn't be possible, and if a 20-story 
chute was possible, it'd probably only be rated for one or two guys at a 
time, but so long as you're not exceeding the tensile strength of the 
material at the top of the chute (where it has to bear the weight of the 
rest of the chute, as well as everybody currently in it) then the only 
issue is similar to rappelling or parachuting - as soon as you hit the 
ground, get out of the ****in' way, or you're going to get landed on.
