cheese whiz

My kid has a, um, problem with cheese.  It turns into mortar in her 
digestive tract.  She gets tons of fruit and vegetables and she drinks
water 
like there's a prize at the bottom of every glass.  Still, cheese = cork.

Does soy cheese do the same thing, digestively speaking?  Or does its bean

origin counter the effect?  There's a place near us that makes soy-cheese 
pizzas that are fantastic, and my kid loves them.  In re the cork effect,
is 
she better off eating these than the regular kind of cheese?

(One day when she's older, she'll stumble over this on Google and kill me
in 
my sleep.)
