Probably. And according to my Magic 8 Ball, the tax rate on the first $1
million will be a measly 1%, since $1 million in 4030 will equate to
$15,000
today.
But it's okay, because the tax rate on anything over $9 billion will also
only be 1% - it's unfair otherwise.
