Cross cultural understanding has been achieved! Craving a Mexican
torta, but without proper ingredients, I assembled the following to
breathtaking success:
swedish meatball meat, fried into thin patty
2 slices Jewish rye lightly toasted
schmear of sour cream on both sides
schmear of avocado on one side
drizzle of salsa on one side, I used Herdez Salsa verde
Assemble the usual sandwich way, with the meat on the inside, cut in
half so that the strata may be admired. Tomato would be nice, but it's
