opera performances (one was Enrico Caruso) at, umm, I've forgotten, some
theatre in Europe, Paris maybe? Ah Google to the rescue

It was Paris.
Anyway, I've noticed there are opera fans here and was wondering if these
would be of interest to anyone? I assume the recordings will be made
available at some time. Are older recordings, which may not be up to
current standards, even with tweaking, something you would by, maybe for
historical reasons?
The article says that 24 gramophone discs with Nellie Melbe, Adelina
Patti, Emma Calve along with Mr. Caruso.
