Examples:
"Bush knew about 9/11 in advance, but did nothing because he needed a
Pearl Harbour." (or the louder screeds about arranging it)

"After 9/11, Bush flew randomly around the country in terror while
Guiliani climbed onto the burning rubble to look macho for the enemy"
(or some such.)

"As an oilman, whose family fortunes are related to the price of oil,
Bush knew that Iraq oil wouldn't start pumping after the war.  Have
you looked at the price of oil lately?"
