When I was at the rehab hospital, one of my fellow
inmates^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hpatients had as his goal to reach a weight of 200
pounds. This was quite a challenge, on hospital food, but he was most
expert at persuading others that they didn't really want that dessert.

Works for me. 

Amy and I had a very tasty dinner at Alan's local ex-curry-house, so I am
sorry to hear of its demise. Excuse me while I haul out a map to find out
what is 108.6 km away (not Brampton, where there are more curry houses
than
you can shake a turmeric-flavoured stick at).
