Not so much ill as totally f*ck*d ... back at the end of March I had a
bad reaction to drugs that my GP prescribed after a particularly bad
allergy episode, and this appears to have completely tipped my body
into a pit of inability to deal with anything. I've not worked since
then, despite a couple of pitiful attempts.

I'm firing off adrenaline at frequent but random times and my brain is
interpreting the sudden rush of adreneline as a good reason to panic.
On a good day I can sometimes grocery shop in off-peak hours if the
list isn't too long and complicated, or even duck into the pub  when
it's empty for an OTP. On a bad day I can't answer the phone, let
alone the door.

I've refused to take any more drugs from my GP after having extreme
reactions to everything ... he's not best pleased with my suggestion
that he poisoned me!  I've found a good naturopath/accupuncturist and
I'm seeing some gradual progess ... despite a total ban on such
dietary staples as cheese and bacon ... it's a good job I'm allowed
beer.
