I hate cabbage and sprouts (always have done).  I also don't like
parsnips.  The roasted ones try to pretend to be roast potatoes to
catch you unawares.

My parents both love all three.  On the other hand, I developed a
taste for liver when I was a kid (school dinners, which were actually
pretty good at my primary school).  Both of my parents hate liver (one
because of the taste, the other because of the texture).  I used to
end up going round to my grandparents' house to have liver, because
they both loved it.

I was talking to my other half the other night and discovered that she
also got a love of liver from school dinners and both of her parents
hate the stuff too.

This was after seeing it listed on the menu at our local
pub/restaurant place - but we didn't notice it until we'd already
ordered.

Crid    ...also a big fan of my mum's steak & kidney pudding.  :-9
