Just think about the processing that goes into marge. Vile yellow
petroleum based oil slick in a tub.
Butter for me, or just plain bread. My (ex) partner insists on
buying that "contains plant extracts that lower your cholesterol"
crap, which costs twice as much
as normal plant/petroleum byproduct grease.
He had a cholesterol check recently, his has gone up from 4.8
(borderline) to 6.4 (very worrying).
Mine is 2.8. Ha.
