I'm not really sure, but I think that escrow is a particulary USian
thing - if our real estate procedures differ as much from those in the
US as they do compared to the UK we might as well be talking different
languages. Not acc*nts. Has anyone in here had experience with all
three systems?

In my younger days, when I moved more frequently, I had a do not move
twice rule and threw out any unpacked boxes prior to packing for the
next move.
