Bought!

A new (to me) house.

I'm actually paying more than I paid for this place five years ago,
but the mortgage payments will end up not much more than half. Hooray
for low interest rates and large down-payments.

Also hooray for no stairs. Everything in the new house is on one
level, including the laundry.
