Had my fill last week from The Heritage - British Cuisine - Fish and
Chips.  The name always makes me crack up.

The family restaurant is run by their 2nd generation and the food is
good even though it's owned/run/cooked by Greeks. [1]

[1] in comparision to Japanese restaurants owned/run by Chinese, which
is not as good as Japanese restaurants that are owned/run by the
Japanese.
