While not up to a trip to Africa, I just very bravely went to the
local Y, where I cowered in the sauna for half an hour before a quick
shower and a scurry home. As expected, late afternooon on a sunny bank
holiday saturday was very quiet ... I may have trouble maintaining
this level of bravado when people's regular schedules kick in on
tuesday.
