If you have access to a sauna, sweating it out would be faster.
You'll need to drink as much as you can before you go in, capillary
dilation will happen, keep drinking while in the sauna.  You will
sweat like crazy, rinse/shower, get back in sauna and keep drinking
water.  When you're done with the sauna and as your capillaries
constrict, you will start peeing all excess water out.  Let me know if
you need more details.
