I've been fairly lucky this year - I haven't had a full-
blown migraine for over six months now.

It was a bit worrying when I went Africa the other week -
I was always double-checking to make sure I knew where the
tablets were, as the instructions for said that very bad
things could happen if you stop taking them and go cold
turkey.
