I'll happily freecycle them to you. They're very annoying. Though not
nearly as annoying as a headache.

That sounds extremely unpleasant. Except for two or three really bad
ones, my sinus headaches usually go away within hours, as long as I
get some decongestent into me.

Doctors never seem to realize how difficult it is to constantly take
pills. Not just the swallowing of them. The remembering to refill
prescription(s), the remembering of when you're supposed to take them,
and whether they go with food or before eating or after eating. Then
there's the times they go down sideways and get stuck in your throat,
or the times they stick to the roof of your mouth and dissolve
horribly before you can get them down.
