I was going to suggest I rent them from you.  Maybe some
kind of time-share arrangement just in case you end up
needing them too.

Indeed.  The best I can hope for is to crawl into bed and hope
to sleep until it's over.  They usually last about a day and
a half, and come in bunches - if I have one then there's a
good chance I'll get another within a week or so. Then it
might be months before the next bunch.

Not right now.  Taking the beta blockers three times a day was
more of an intrusion on my life than the tremors they're meant
to suppress, so I've come off them.
