Oh, that's right. The gov't that is afraid a dog will hijack an
airliner and crash it into the Sears tower in Chicago, but lets
millions of undocumented people in every day, and only offers us
plastic and duct tape to protect ourselves from anthrax. Makes sense.
An then there's that quarantine.
 
How did you find out about a dog in NC anyway???
